KATHMANDU: Sher Bahadur Deuba, the President of Nepali Congress (NC), has convened a crucial meeting of office bearers at his residence in Dhumbarahi on Tuesday.

The meeting is scheduled to commence at 4 pm, as confirmed by Deuba’s secretariat.

The primary objective of this gathering is to prepare key decisions for the central working committee meeting, set to conclude on Wednesday at the party’s central office in Sanepa.

The ongoing CWC meeting, which commenced on July 18, is anticipated to breathe new life into the party, particularly at the grassroots level. The meeting aims to invigorate and reenergize the party’s functioning and organizational structure.
