KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel is to offer ‘tika’ today for both special invitees and the wider public on the occasion of Vijaya Dashami today.
The distinguished guests, comprising high-ranking officials and dignitaries, are scheduled for the tika ceremony between 2 PM and 3 PM.
Subsequently, a designated period from 3 PM to 5 PM has been allotted for the general public seeking to receive tika from President Paudel at Sheetal Niwas.
In light of the event, the President’s office has requested all attendees to observe a modest dress code.
