TANAHU: Traffic on Myade road section of Tanahu district along the Prithvi highway, which was obstructed due to a landslide, has resumed.

The vehicular movement obstructed due to a landslide following rainfall from Wednesday has resumed today after removing the landslide debris.

Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Tanahu, Mohan Bahadur Khand, said the Disaster Management Police team, local levels helped to remove the landslide and resume the traffic along the road section.

The risk of landslide at different places along Prithvi highway has increased due to the ongoing Muglin-Pokhara road expansion.
