Lumbini State Assembly meeting postponed



DANG: The Lumbini State Assembly meeting, scheduled for today, has been postponed due to the extended conference of the Speaker and Deputy Speakers in Kathmandu.

A notice was issued announcing the postponement of Monday’s meeting.

The rescheduled meeting will now take place at 1 pm on Tuesday, as stated in the notice.

During the previous meeting, two important Bills were tabled for discussion.

The first one is related to Civil Servants, and it will be deliberated upon by the thematic committee.

The second Bill concerns the Operation, Renovation, and Management of Health Institutions, and it was initially set to be discussed in Monday’s meeting.

The Secretariat has indicated that it is likely the Health Bill’s discussion will take place on Tuesday instead.
