JSP expels five central members from party



KATHMANDU: The Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) has expelled five central members for allegedly conspiring against party candidates in the elections.

The JSP central committee meeting held in Kathmandu on Saturday expelled the central members Dipendra Nemwang, Deukumar Nemwang, Mahendra Choudhary, Manranjan Goit, and Dharmendra Marvaita.

According to Purna Basnet, Head of the Central Publicity Department, the fives are also expelled from the party membership.

Along with this, the JSP central committee meeting approved the executive committee’s decision to join the Samajwadi Front.

Basnet said that the meeting also approved the draft of the party statute.
