RSP to field candidates in all constituencies in by-elections



KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has decided to field candidates in all three constituencies in the by-elections to be held on April 23.

According to RSP Vice Chairman Dolprasad Aryal, the party’s central committee meeting held in Kathmandu on Friday decided to field candidates in Tanahun 1, Chitwan 2, and Bara 2.

“RSP decided to vie for the post of lawmakers in all constituencies in the forthcoming by-elections,” he said, adding, ” The meeting also decided to assign the role of coordinators to its leaders.”

He informed that he has been appointed the coordinator in Chitwan-2, Joint General Secretary Kavindra Burlakoti in Tanahun-1, and Central Member Ganesh Karki in Bara-2.

RSP also discussed the departmental responsibilities to be assigned to the leaders.
