Woman dies as brick kiln wall collapses in Siraha



SIRAHA: A woman died after a brick kiln wall collapsed on her in Siraha while two others were injured.

The Area Police Office, Golbazaar confirmed the death of Mahima Bibi from West Bengal India in the incident.

She breathed here while being taken to a hospital for treatment. The body has been at the Provincial Hospital Lahan for post-mortem examinations.

Injured Babi Bibi, 35 and Mabata Bibi, 40 are being treated at the local health center and they are out of a life-threatening condition.

The incident once again raises concerns about the safety of workers at brick kiln industries which have failed to even ensure general safety measures for workers.
