KATHMANDU: Valley-wide Road Expansion Victims Struggle Committee has planned a protest against Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Balendra Shah (Balen).
Coordinator of the Committee, Suman Saimi, said that they are organizing a protest against Mayor Shah as he has “scared Kathmanduites”.
According to him, a sit-in and protest against Mayor Shah has been planned at Maitighar Mandala in Kathmandu on January 29.
The Committee has alleged Mayor Shah for working in what they said “autocratic style” spreading “dozer terror” in the name of development.
