Bus plunges into Trishuli river in Dhading



DHADING: A passenger bus veered off the road and plunged into the Trishuli River in Dhading district today.

The bus was en route from Kathmandu to Pokhara when it lost control and careened into the Trishuli River beneath the Prithvi Highway, near Gajuri Rural Municipality-2 of Dhading.

Authorities have stated that the accident occurred this morning.

The precise count of passengers aboard the bus remains uncertain at this time, as efforts to gather accurate information are ongoing.

In response to the incident, security personnel have been swiftly dispatched to the accident site to conduct rescue operations and provide necessary assistance to those affected.
