PM Dahal expands cabinet, inducts two ministers from JSP

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has expanded his cabinet to its full by inducting two members from Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) on Tuesday. According to the President’s Office, Sheetal Niwas, Prime Minister Dahal appointed Birendra Prasad Mahato and Pramila Kumari Yadav of JSP today. Mahato has been given the responsibility of the Ministry of Forests and Environment, while Pramila Kumari has been given the responsibility of the Minister of State for Education, Science, and Technology.

Kami Rita sets record by conquering Mt. Everest for 28th time

PM Dahal stresses on sustainable management of community forest

Nepal’s public debt exceeds Rs 2150 billion

Nepal’s public debt liability has exceeded Rs 2,150 billion. According to the Public Debt Management Office, Nepal has been obliged to pay its public debt amounting over to Rs 2154 billion and 123.9 million, including Rs 1083 billion 473.9 million towards internal debt and Rs 1070 billion 649 million towards external debt as of 14 May 2023.
