Durga Prasai calls press conference ahead of citizen’s movement

KATHMANDU: Businessman Durga Prasai is scheduled to hold a press conference today.

Prasai, who is all set to stage a demonstration forming “Rastra, Rastriyata, Dharma-Sanskriti and Nagarik Bachau Andolan” (citizen’s movement for the protection of nation, nationalism, religion, and culture) tomorrow, is set to hold a press conference at 2 PM today at his private residence in Bhaktapur.

The conference will be held to inform about the demonstration scheduled for Thursday, according to Prasai’s secretariat. Prasai has predicted the participation of 500,000 to 700,000 people in Kathmandu on the protest day.
