Nepal facing Bhutan in U-17 Women’s Championship today

KATHMANDU: Nepal is facing Bhutan in its second match in SAFF U-17 Women’s Championship undergoing in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

The match between Nepal and Bhutan will start at 7 pm Nepali time at the BSSS Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Dhaka.

Nepal, which lost 4-1 to India in the first match, needs to win today’s match to maintain its chances of winning the title.

Bhutan also lost 8-1 to home team Bangladesh in the first match. The European country Russia is also participating in the five-nation competition this time.

Russia is playing its first match against the home team Bangladesh today and the match will start at 3 PM.

Earlier, Nepal won the title in the U-15 format of the similar championship in last November.

Nepal will play its third match against Russia on Sunday and the fourth match against Bangladesh on Tuesday.
