KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML has slated its Central Committee meeting for Wednesday.

Rajendra Gautam, the head of the party’s publicity department, confirmed that the meeting will prioritize contemporary political activities and other pertinent agendas.

The gathering is scheduled to take place at the party’s headquarters in Lalitpur. Moreover, the party is preparing for the “Jhulaghat-Chiwabhanjyang March for Prosperity,” commencing from Jhulaghat in Baitadi, with a specific focus on the Mid-hill Highway.

This campaign aims to pinpoint the causes behind rapid migration from the mountains and hills while actively seeking solutions. It also endeavors to foster social harmony and national unity, promote reverence for history and elders, bolster confidence in the nation’s potential for strength and prosperity, and expand public relations.
