Rhino kills man in Chitwan

CHITWAN: A 60-year-old man has died after a rhino attacked him this morning in Ratnanagar Municipality-9, Chitwan.

Information Officer of Chitwan National Park Ganesh Prasad Tiwari said that the deceased is Chandra Bahadur Tamang, 60.

The rhino attacked Tamang near Lalparsa area of Ratnanagar at around 6:00 this morning when he was on walk.

So far, five persons lost their lives in wild animals’ attacks in the current fiscal year in Chitwan district.
