RSP Chair Lamichhane smells rat in investigation of Lalita Niwas land grab case

KATHMANDU: Chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane has stated that the investigation process regarding the Lalita Niwas case is in disarray.

“I can smell some mess,” Lamichhane said adding that the investigation process in the Lalita Niwas land grab case is in disarray.

Speaker Lamichhane made this assertion on social media shortly after the police commenced their inquiry into various cases, including the Lalita Niwas issue.

Lamichhane took to social media to convey that the Crime Investigation Bureau (CIB) should not heed or follow any unlawful directives.

He stated, “Do not submit an incomplete file without incorporating statements from all parties involved in the Lalita Niwas case.”
