Law Minister Prithvi Bahadur Singh injured in car accident



BAJHANG: Law Minister in the Sudurpaschim government Prithvi Bahadur Singh got injured in a vehicle accident in Bajhang today.

On the way to Chainpur from Dadeldhura on Tuesday, the Minister’s vehicle fell on the bank of the Kalanga River at a place called Dharchda of Kedarsyun Rural Municipality of Bajhang, about 50 meters below the road.

The vehicle numbered Su P 01-001 Jh 480 was completely damaged in the accident.

District Police Office Bajhang DSP Jageshwar Bhandari informed that Minister Singh and 4 others were seriously injured in the accident.

Satyakumari Joshi, Information Officer of the District Administration Office, informed that the helicopter of the Nepali Army has been sent from Surkhet to rescue the injured in the accident.
