Nepal sees 103 coronavirus cases in 24 hours, active cases 397



KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded 103 new cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours as of Thursday.

Out of the confirmed cases, 72 were tested through the RT-PCR method and  31 through the Antigen method.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a total of 1,645 swab samples were tested in the past 24 hours.

Out of them, 456 swabs were tested through the RT-PCR method and 1,189 through the Antigen method.

There are 397active cases in Nepal as 61 infected patients recovered in the past 24 hours.

No coronavirus-related death was recorded in the past 24 hours, and the COVID-19 death toll stands at 12,025 to date.
