On the occasion, the main celebration committee is scheduled to welcome an Army team, which is on a walking tour all the way from Gorkha to take part in the festival, said the sub-metropolis mayor Khelraj Pandey.

As per the schedule, the travel team will be welcomed at 10 am, and their tour concluded, and the main celebration program will take place at the fort at 12:30 pm, he said.
