KATHMANDU: There is a possibility of light to medium rain accompanied by thunder and lightning in the hilly region and some places of the Tarai in the next two or three days, the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) said.
The local wind coupled with Westerly wind has its general influence across the country at present.
The weather will remain partly to generally cloudy throughout the country due to this and light rain accompanied by thunder and lightning is taking place at a few places in the hilly region, the Division said.
