NC issues whip to vote for Deputy Speaker candidate Yadav



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) has issued a whip to its parliamentarians to vote for party’s candidate for the Deputy Speaker Mukta Kumari Yadav.

As per the calendar , a motion related to the election of the Deputy Speaker would be tabled in the House of Representatives (HoR) meeting to take place at 1.00 pm on January 21. The election would take place in line with the Article 91 of the Nepal Constitution.

NC Chief Whip Ramesh Lekhak issued the whip today to the party’s parliamentarians to compulsorily present in the meeting, not to remain neutral and to vote in favor of the motion calling to elect Yadav as the Deputy Speaker.NC issues whip to vote for Deputy Speaker Yadav
