Two injured in acid attack in Dhading

MALEKHU, DHADING: Two individuals were injured in an acid attack that occurred in Gajuri-2, Malekhu, Dhading, on Tuesday.

According to SP Gautam Mishra, 18-year-old Dipesh Chhetri and 63-year-old Dambar Bahadur Pulami from Benighat Rorang Rural Municipality-3, Ratmata, sustained injuries when Pravin BK, the proprietor of Bhadrakali Gold and Silver Shop in Malekhu, threw acid at the shop.

SP Mishra reported that 32-year-old Pravin threw acid during a minor dispute. Dipesh suffered injuries to various parts of his body, while Dambar Bahadur’s body and face were affected by the attack.

Both injured individuals are currently receiving treatment at Malekhu Teaching Hospital.
