UML reshuffles responsibilities of leaders in central department

KATHMANDU: CPN-UML has changed the responsibilities of the leaders in the central department of the party.

The inter-party directive (IPD) issued by the party Chairman KP Oli on Friday stated that the responsibilities of the leaders have been manipulated and the members have been nominated in the department.

Similarly, the IPD clarified the leaders who filed rebel candidacy during elections would be assigned new responsibilities once they take to confession, self-criticism, and renew their membership.

Likewise, the party decided to stop the use of unnecessary photographs of leaders in mass mobilization and public events.

The IPD also directed to initiate the closure of ‘fake social media accounts’ stating that the name, logo, and flag of the party have been misused on social media.
