KATHMANDU: The government announced to conduct all studies and research used to be carried out by public bodies so far through the universities now.
Unveiling the government’s policies and programs on Friday, President Ram Chandra Paudel announced the government’s policy to entrust universities with the tasks of research and studies.
Earlier, research and studies used to be carried out by various agencies. The government used to be criticized for not utilizing skilled manpower in the university.
The announcement, provided executed effectively, will prevent the duplication of the research topic and the area.
