Former King Gyanendra Shah to embark on tour of western Nepal



KATHMANDU: Former King Gyanendra Shah is set to embark on a trip, with plans to visit the picturesque landscapes of western Nepal.

The announcement was made by his Secretary, Dr. Phaniraj Pathak, who said that the former monarch will be touring several districts in the western and central regions of Nepal next week.

Joining him on this trip will be his spouse, former queen Komal Shah.

The couple is anticipated to explore and engage with the communities in these regions, fostering connections and understanding, Dr. Pathak said.
