NRT beat Khumaltar by 3-1 on Tuesday in A Division League

KATHMANDU: New Road Team (NRT) beat FC Khumaltar by 3-1 in the match played under Martyr’s Memorial A Division League at Dasharath Stadium in Tripureshwar on Tuesday.

In NRT’s victory, Saroj Tamang, Sanjib Bista, and Mohit Gurung scored one goal each while Shyamu Murmu of Khumaltar scored one goal.

Saroj scored in the 65th minute of the game and gave NRT the early lead.

Sanjib scored a goal in the 82nd minute of the game to make NRT’s lead 2-0. Again Mohit scored in the 85th minute of the game to give NRT a 3-0 lead.

Then in the 90th minute of the game, Shyamu of Khumaltar scored a goal.

With the win, NRT is in 10th place with 10 points and Khumaltar is in 11th place with 10 points.
