10-party alliance meeting to discuss PM Dahal’s vote of confidence

KATHMANDU: A meeting of the ruling 10-party alliance has been called to discuss the Prime Minister’s vote of confidence and government expansion at Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar, Kathmandu on Saturday.

According to Baluwatar sources, the senior leaders of 10-party alliance are scheduled to meet at Baluwatar at five o’clock in the evening.

“There will be a decisive discussion on the vote of confidence to be taken by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ in the House of Representatives on Monday,” the source claimed, adding, “ In addition to it, the leaders will discussion on the government expansion and the preparation of common minimum programs.”

Prime Minister Dahal has prepared to expand the government after taking the vote of confidence. The ruling parties have been discussing the expansion of the government for a few days now.

Prime Minister Dahal has taken charge of all the ministries after the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) and CPN-UML left the government.
