Compliance and protection of Constitution will be my main responsibility: President Paudel



KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel has said that his main responsibility and duty is to protect the Constitution and abide by it.

Addressing the lawmakers invited to the tea party at Sheetal Niwas, President Paudel said that he is always aware of the expectations of the people.
“I will always be ready to participate in the national campaign to fulfill the aspirations of sustainable peace, good governance, development, and prosperity by embracing the constitutional dignity and the letter and spirit of the constitution,” the President said.

He affirmed that the role played by the presidential institution would affect the practice of the constitution and governance, and he would be committed to impartiality, neutrality and compliance with the law.
