KATHMANDU: Rajendra Lingden, the Chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), has proposed organizing street demonstrations as a means to advocate for the revival of the monarchy and the establishment of a Hindu state in Nepal.

During the Central Committee Meeting of the party held in the capital, Chairman Lingden emphasized that, given the current state of the nation, there is no alternative to staging demonstrations in the streets. He underlined the importance of such protests as a way to address the party’s stance on the monarchy and Hindu state.

Lingden also stressed the necessity for unity and collaboration among like-minded individuals and institutions who support the party’s objectives.

Additionally, Dr. Dhawal Shumsher Rara, the general secretary of the party, presented plans for protests during the meeting. The party intends to carry out these protests in accordance with a plan that will be endorsed by the Central Work Execution Committee.
