KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML’s Mid-Hill Highway Campaign, which commenced on November 30 from Jhulaghat, Baitadi, is concluding today at Chiwa Bhanjyang, marking the easternmost point of the midhill region.

The 18-day campaign, themed “Local Relation, National Message,” traversed across the mid-hill area, featuring various events and public engagements. Party officials addressed the public, emphasizing the significance of local connections in conveying a national message.

In a climactic conclusion, Chairman KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to hoist the flag of Nepal at Chiwa Bhanjyang, the border point between India and Nepal, symbolizing the successful completion of the campaign and underlining the party’s commitment to national unity.
