Rabi Lamichhane’s driver injured by falling down from roof top in Chitwan



CHITWAN: Driver of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane has been critically injured after falling down from a three-storied building in Bharatpur, Chitwan.

Dil Bahadur Thapa alias Shambhu, 33, a resident of Bahrabise Municipality-3 in Sindhupalchowk, was found lying on the ground after falling down from the roof of his rented house at 4 am on Monday morning.

Thapa was seriously injured with injuries on his head and legs, police said.

He is being treated at College of Medical Sciences in Bharatpur.

He was sleeping on the roof at night along with Kaluram Rajbanshi, the driver of RSP General Secretary Mukul Dhakal.
