POKHARA: A scooter rider was killed in a road mishap in Pokhara this morning.
The deceased has been identified as Dikshya Karki, 24, of Damak in Jhapa district.
The accident took place when a bus (Ga 1 Kha 7108) hit the scooter (Ga 9 Pa 9989) Karki was riding at Chipledhunga of Pokhara Metropolitan City-4.
Karki died in course of treatment at Western Regional Hospital, said Police Inspector at Ward Police Office, Baidam, Hari Prasad Poudel.
Police have arrested the bus driver Sagar Chhetri.
