Bagmati Chief Minister Jammakattel taking vote of confidence



HETAUDA: Bagmati Chief Minister Shalikram Jammakattel is taking a vote of confidence today.

According to the Secretariat of the Provincial Assembly, Chief Minister Jammakattel will take the vote of confidence in today’s meeting of the Provincial Assembly this afternoon.

Chief Minister Jammakattel formed a three-member cabinet on January 10.

Speaker Bhuvan Pathak said that all necessary process preparations for the vote of confidence have been completed according to the Provincial Assembly Rules, 2074.

The Bagmati Province Assembly has 37 members from the Nepali Congress, 27 from CPN-UML, 21 members from Maoist Centre, 13 members from Rastriya Prajatantra Party, 7 members from Unified Socialist, 3 members of Nepal Majdoor Kisan Party and two members from Hamro Nepali Party.
