Municipality’s building constructed at Rs 320 million



BHAKTAPUR: A new building of Changunarayan municipality has come into operation since last Friday.

Mayor Jeewan Khatri inaugurated the well-equipped building of the municipality amidst a program yesterday.

The building stretching over 21 ropani three ana land in Changunarayan municipality-5, Chhaling was constructed at the cost over Rs 327.3 million.

On the occasion, Mayor Khatry said the new building would ease delivery of the public services while pledging to work for the municipal development without discrimination.

For the building construction, the District Coordination Committee Bhaktapur provided Rs 30 million and federal government Rs 75 million. The municipality managed remaining amount from its internal fund for the building construction.
