KATHMANDU: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) lawmaker Dr. Toshima Karki has announced her commitment to support Jajarkot Hospital by donating one month’s salary.

Dr. Karki made the decision to contribute through a post on her Facebook account, aiming to gather essential items for the hospital.

Using social media as a platform, Dr. Karki extended her appeal to the Federal and Provincial Ministry of Health, urging them to aid the Nepalese people.

In a post, she stated, “Some friends suggested contributing equipment to Jajarkot Hospital, whether through the MP Development Fund or not. I would like to reiterate that both the Constituency Development Fund and MP Development Fund have been halted by the Supreme Court.”

“However, I am committed to dedicating one month’s salary to provide assistance to this hospital,” she added.
