KATHMANDU: A meeting of the cabinet is taking place today morning.
Prime Minister (PM) Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” has called the meeting to discuss the appointment of Baikuntha Aryal as Chief Secretary.
A source claimed that the meeting to be held at the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers is likely to appoint Aryal as the Chief Secretary and appoint the current Chief Secretary Shankardas Bairagi as an ambassador.
The source claimed that there is a strong possibility of appointing Aryal as the Chief Secretary.
