Pistol recovered during Bagmati cleaning campaign



KATHMANDU: A pistol was found while cleaning Bagmati River on Saturday.

According to Bishnu Sah, Chairman of Chure Conservation and Tourism Promotion Foundation, a pistol from an American company was found in the river during the Bagmati cleanup this morning.

The pistol was found near Sharda School in Tilganga.

The pistol was put in a bag and thrown into the river. He said that the pistol with the bag was found during cleaning. The police were informed immediately after the pistol was found.

The police are investigating for further details.
