Nepal sans new coronavirus case in past 24 hours, active cases 23



KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded no new case of coronavirus in the past 24 hours as of Sunday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a total of 571 swab samples were tested in the past 24 hours.

All 571 samples were tested through RT-PCR method.

Currently, there are 23 active cases in the country as six infected patients recovered in the past 24 hours.

No coronavirus-related death was recorded in the past 24 hours, and the COVID-19 death toll stands at 12,020 to date.
