Development works should not be politicized: NA Chair Timilsina

KUSHMA, PARVAT: National Assembly Chairperson Ganesh Prasad Timilsina has said development activities should not be politicized.

At an event organized at Modi Rural Municipality-2 Deupur of Parbat this morning, NA Chairperson Timilsina mentioned that the country would be prosperous if there was robust coordination and cooperation among three-tier governments.

Stating that development and construction activities have not moved ahead at the speed that should have taken place after political changes in the country, he stressed the need to compete in development construction rather than in politics.

Timilsina expressed commitment to blacktopping the roads of all 61 wards in the district during his term. He shared that sustainable construction of infrastructure was the need of the hour as some development activities had invited damages in recent periods.
