Maoist Center’s key officials convene in Baluwatar for crucial ministerial recall decision

KATHMANDU: In a pivotal move aimed at cabinet reshuffling, the CPN Maoist Center, a prominent ruling party, has convened an official meeting at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar.

According to a source within the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, the session was promptly organized after Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’s return from his hometown in Chitwan District for a family gathering.

The Prime Minister is poised to initiate the recall of a minister from the Maoist party to participate in governmental affairs.

Earlier, the Janamat Party had recommended Anita Kumari Sah as a ministerial candidate. Insider information from Baluwatar suggests that there exists a strategic plan to recall either Tourism Minister Sudan Kiranti or General Administration Minister Aman Lal Modi, both of whom hold ministerial positions within the Maoist party.
