Nepali Congress holding Parliamentary Party meeting even today

KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress (NC) is set to hold a meeting of its Parliamentary Party (PP) today.

Following its commencement on Friday, the parliamentary party gathering will carry on today, taking place at the Lhotse Hall within the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneswar.

During this meeting, NC lawmakers will be given the opportunity to address topics such as the ongoing parliamentary deadlock, forthcoming government bills, and strategies to enhance the efficacy of the parliament.

The meeting will also discuss the arrest of NC lawmaker Sunil Sharma, sources said.

Meanwhile, the leader of the Parliamentary Party, Sher Bahadur Deuba, who also holds the position of NC President, is scheduled to provide insights and responses to the inquiries and concerns expressed by fellow lawmakers today.
