Top leaders of ruling coalition in Baluwatar for discussion on Budget



KATHMANDU: The meeting of the top leaders of the ruling coalition is undergoing at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.

According to Baluwatar sources, the meeting has been an attempt to address the dissatisfaction of the coalition parties raised over the allocated budget for the upcoming financial year 2080/81.

Prime Minister and Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, Finance Minister Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat, Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha, CPN-Unified Socialist Party Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal and Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal Chairman Upendra Yadav are participating in the meeting.

The source claimed that PM Dahal called a meeting for discussion after the Unified Socialist Party and JSP expressed dissatisfaction with the allocation of the budget.
