RSP supports the govt effort in favor of people: Chairman Lamichhane

KATHMANDU: Chairperson of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Rabi Lamichhane, has said his party would lend support to the government if it carries out activities in favor of the people.

At a program organized today to form RSP Suryabinayak Municipal Committee, Chair Lamichhane shared that the RSP would stand as an opposition supporting the government carrying out activities in favor of the people.

He opined, “I met the Prime Minister at Baluwatar on Friday. I encouraged him to spare anyone involved in the fake Bhutanese refugee scam and take action against them. I also asked PM Dahal to open corruption-related files. The RSP will support the government if it carries out activities in favor of the people.”

Urging the government not to lag behind to arrest and take action against the guilty, Chair Lamichhane further said he thanked the government for its move.

Similarly, RSP Chief Whip Santosh Pariyar and central committee member Dr Tosima Karki also expressed their views on the occasion.
