RSP Chair Lamichhane, NSP Chair Bhattarai join anti-corruption movement

KATHMANDU: Rastriya Swatantra Party Chairman Rabi Lamichhane, Nepal Samajbadi Party (NSP) Chairman Dr. Baburam Bhattarai joined the anti-corruption protest organized in Kathmandu on Saturday.

They both expressed their solidarity by participating in the anti-corruption movement that started Saturday at Maitighar in Kathmandu.

The youth who participated in the demonstration of the anti-corruption campaign chanted slogans such as ‘Bhrashta tero parale, dukkha paye sarele’, ‘we say again and again, imprison the corrupt ones,’ ‘everything is clear, our system is corrupt’.

There has been a demonstration against the corrupt gang and their patrons who were involved in a fake Bhutanese refugees scam in Sindhuli as well. In the presence of the leading citizens of the district, there was a demonstration in Sindhulimadhi on Saturday morning.

Similarly, there was a demonstration against corruption in the constituency of former Home Minister Balkrishna Khand. Youths demonstrated at Manigram Chowk in Tilottama Municipality of Rupandehi and demanded strict youths demonstrated against corruption. Khand’s constituency is Rupandehi-3.
