President Ramchandra Paudel’s swearing-in ceremony (Photos)



KATHMANDU: Newly elected President Ramchandra Paudel has taken the oath of office and secrecy.

Paudel took the oath of office and secrecy from Chief Justice Harikrishna Karki in a special ceremony held at President’s Office in Sheetal Niwas on Monday.

Paudel, who was elected as the President last Thursday, took oath on Monday. After taking oath, outgoing President Bidya Devi Bhandari handed over her chair to President Ramchandra Paudel.
