BIRATNAGAR: The Mayor of Biratnagar Metropolitan City, Nagesh Koirala, has left for China today.
Mayor Koirala left for China on Saturday night to participate in the conference of United Cities and Local Governments Asia Pacific (UCLG) conference to be held in Yiwu City, China from 12th to 16th November.
Mayor Koirala will address the problems, challenges, and opportunities of local government at the conference of UCLG to be held in Yiwu City.
Mayor Koirala visited the neighboring country China within two weeks after returning from a three-week visit to the United States of America.
