Bharatpur Mayor invites Japan to Bharatpur Visit Year, 2024



CHITWAN: Bharatpur Metropolitan City mayor Renu Dahal has extended an invitation to the Government of Japan to the Bharatpur Visit Year 2024.

Mayor Dahal is currently on a week-long visit to Japan to attend the program establishing sister-city relations between Bharatpur Metropolitan City and Yokosuka city Japan. She extended the invitation to participate in the Bharatpur Visit Year event through NRNA Japan.

In the program organized by NRNA Japan, the Bharatpur metropolis mayor shed light on the Visit to Bharatpur Year 2024, said Suresh Chandra Adhikari, the Press Coordinator of Bharatpur metropolis.

According to him, mayor Dahal on the occasion said that the Visit Bharatpur Year is to be organized around the slogan – “Tourism for Conservation, Bharatpur for Tourism.”

Dahal called on the NRNA Japan and the Nepalis and the non-Nepalis to participate in and promotion of the Visit Bharatpur Year.

Stating that Bharatpur Metropolis is an important tourism destination in central Nepal rich in unmatched natural beauty and historical, religious, and cultural heritages, she also appealed for carrying out the required publicity, coordination, and collaboration for making the Visit Bharatpur Year campaign successful.
