12 construction companies and suppliers blacklisted



KATHMANDU: The Public Procurement Monitoring Office, operating under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, has blacklisted 12 construction companies and supplier companies in the country.

The blacklisted entities include Adarsh Construction Golbazar Siraha, Triveni Construction Service in Pokhara-8 Kaski, Gangotri Devi Construction Service in Nepalgunj, and several others.

Among the companies facing procurement restrictions are Shri Gangotri Devi Construction Services in Nepalgunj, Shri Kamal Construction Panchthar, Anamika Construction Banke, Bhabesh Construction Pvt Ltd Banke, Urja-Kushab-Mashta JV in Kathmandu, Pranjal Construction Services in Jumla, Rohit Construction Services in Parsa, Paras Construction Services in Bajhang, and Rumani Construction Services located in Surkhet.

These entities have been blacklisted for a duration ranging from one to three years.

The imposed restrictions entail a prohibition on participation in any public procurement processes during the specified period for the blacklisted companies.
