SC to conduct hearing during Tihar holidays as well

KATHMANDU: The hearing on a petition related to Habeas Corpus would be carried out by the Supreme Court (SC) during the Tihar festival holidays as well, the SC stated.

The SC would remain open from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm from November 12 till the Tihar festival holidays except the day of Bhai Tika, November 15.

As per the notice issued by the SC Administration on Friday, the hearing of petitions of Habeas Corpus would be carried out in accordance with Article 26 of the Administration of Justice Act, 2073.
