Strong alliance must for political stability: NC leader Singh

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress central member Prakash Man Singh has stressed the need for a strong alliance in the country for political stability and the implementation of achievements including federalism.

“Political equation is being changed for the welfare of the country and people. Now, change in the political equation as per the need should be considered normal,” said the former Deputy Prime Minister.

Referring to a change of the coalition partners in the Sudurpaschim Province government, he claimed that the existing alliance would not sustain for long.

Although the NC is in opposition, it, according to him, gave a vote of confidence to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ with the view of supporting the government in its efforts for good works.
