KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda reached Balkot, the residence of CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli, to discuss cabinet expansion, among other issues.
Prime Minister Dahal reached Oli’s residence in Balkot a day after he received an overwhelming vote of confidence in the House of Representatives on Tuesday.
Sources close to Oli claimed that Prime Minister Dahal held talks on the expansion of the cabinet, among other issues.
Prime Minister Dahal, who had earlier said he would expand the cabinet after taking the vote of confidence, has initiated discussions with the ruling coalition partners on cabinet expansion.
